HOW TO PICK WHICH LABEL SIZE IS NEEDED
If you’re not sure which label size to order, here are some suggestions:
Measure the current label on the jar you are using and find a size similar from the dropdown OR;
Cut out pieces of paper in the label sizes available and hold up to your candle. Pick the size you like that fits best! OR;
If you don’t have the candle in your possession yet, these labels can fit a variety of sizes.
If you candle is smaller than 12 oz., I suggest 3” wide x 2.5” label or smaller label
If your candle is 12 oz. or larger, I suggest 4” wide x 3” tall label or larger
Since labels can wrap around the candle, the most important measurement is the height of the label! You don’t want the height of the label to be larger than the height of the jar.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU ORDER
PROOFS & TIMING
• If proofs ARE NOT wanted, orders will ship out within 48 hours of ordering or sooner.
• If proofs ARE wanted, proofs will be sent within 48 hours of when you place your order to the email address you provided at checkout. Proofs will be sent from elleedees@gmail.com. Check your spam folder if you do not receive anything. It is the buyers responsibility to check email for proofs. If you approve your proofs, labels will be shipped out within 32 hours of approval. If edits are needed, new proofs will be sent back until approved.
NOTICE: Labels are printed almost immediately after your approval so please triple check proofs before approving. Agreeing you approve, the buyer is accepting what the proofs show REGARDLESS of what is typed in your notes. Your proofs are EXACTLY what you will be receiving. PLEASE LOOK OVER THOROUGHLY. Buyer is responsible for any reprints needed if any edits are caught after they are printed. NO EXCEPTIONS! None. Zip. Zero.
SHIPPING
• All U.S. orders come with USPS First Class Tier 1 Shipping
• You may upgrade shipping at checkout to USPS Priority Tier 2 or USPS Express Tier 3.
• No delivery on Sundays.
• Orders to Canada do not include tracking and can take anywhere from 5-15 days (you can upgrade to include tracking at checkout)
